I’m Dayhana A. Ray, a bilingual Dominican American coach who helps women stop abandoning themselves and start living in their truth. I’m here for the eldest daughters, the over-functioners, the women who’ve carried everyone else’s survival on their back and are finally ready to choose themselves.
